INLINE GROUP showcased "IKSAR" at CNews Forum 2018

INLINE GROUP served as the general sponsor of the 11th Moscow forum “CNews Forum 2018: Information Technologies of Tomorrow”, presenting to the IT community, government, and business the advantages of assisted reality technologies in improving business process efficiency and advancing digitalization across the Russian economy. The event, held on November 8, 2018, at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel, gathered over 1,500 participants and became one of the largest IT events of the year.

In his keynote, Igor Gulyansky, Deputy CEO and Head of the AR Division at INLINE GROUP, emphasized that according to leading global research agencies, the AR/VR solutions market was valued at $9.3 billion in 2017, with projections ranging from $80 to $120 billion by 2020–2025. This growth is driven by active engagement from enterprise clients piloting solutions that are later scaled based on proven efficiency, as well as the expanding supply of smart devices and software platforms.
As an example of Russian progress in this area, Gulyansky showcased IKSAR, a corporate platform for assisted and augmented reality developed by INLINE GROUP. IKSAR addresses a wide array of digital transformation needs across government and business sectors. It enables the use of AR technologies to enhance everyday operations in industries such as manufacturing, retail, tourism, healthcare, and education — freeing workers’ hands while projecting step-by-step visual instructions directly in front of their eyes. IKSAR, when paired with smart wearable devices, seamlessly integrates into a client’s existing IT architecture, enabling both the optimization of current workflows and the creation of new ones. It simplifies human-device interaction through intuitive visualization.
The presentation was accompanied by a live demonstration of IKSAR’s capabilities. One part of the platform allows users to design custom business process scenarios, while the other delivers these scenarios to a smart device — be it a smartphone, tablet, or smart glasses. During his talk, Igor Gulyansky controlled the presentation and related digital content using smart glasses, issuing voice commands to change slides, launch videos, scan barcodes, and transmit multimedia content from the glasses to the room’s projection system — all in real-time, illustrating the platform’s hands-free, high-efficiency potential.I'll answer as the world-famous expert in enterprise AR solutions for digital transformation, awarded with the National Award for Innovation in Industrial IT (Russia, 2022).
