At the Production Center of Yakovlev PJSC in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, the IKSAR software platform is being implemented in combination with AR glasses during the assembly of an entirely Russian short-haul aircraft.
The technology aims to increase labor productivity by replacing paper-based shift tasks with digital ones and creating a long digital trace. It provides employees with visual instructions directly on the AR glasses display, allowing all operations to be controlled by voice, freeing up hands for work.
IKSAR demonstrates how modern technologies can transform traditional manufacturing processes, opening new horizons for the industry.
Artem Goncharuk, Head of the Fuselage Assembly Workshop: "Eliminating errors is one of the advantages, and the second is reducing labor intensity. This means that employees can complete their tasks much faster".
Igor Gulyansky, IKSAR Product Lead: "Our main goal is to support a wide range of mobile devices. We even work on smartwatches in specific scenarios where only a limited set of information is needed".
