The global debut of the RealWear Arc 3 is now integrated with IKSAR

RealWear, one of the leaders in industrial-grade AR glasses, launched its new Arc 3 model in December 2025.

Our team received the device as early as January 2026 and began testing its compatibility with the IKSAR platform.
The RealWear Arc 3 is a standalone device that operates independently and does not require connection to external computing devices such as smartphones or PCs. The glasses come in a convenient protective case. The package includes a USB-C charging cable, while a charging dock is also available as an optional accessory.

The Arc 3 is designed to be worn on the head and secured with a headband featuring a soft forehead pad. This design provides a secure and comfortable fit and allows the device to be positioned for an optimal field of view within seconds, without lengthy adjustments. The Arc 3 form factor allows it to be used with prescription glasses of virtually any shape and worn together with various types of personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
The Full HD Micro-OLED display with a high brightness level provides a clear image even in bright sunlight. When working indoors, the built-in light sensor performs particularly well, instantly adjusting the display brightness according to the level of ambient lighting for comfortable operation.

The RealWear Arc 3 housing is made of high-quality materials. The device weighs no more than 180 g, which is an excellent result and allows it to be worn for extended periods without significant discomfort.

Inside, the device features an 8-core 64-bit Snapdragon 662 processor: four cores clocked at 2,000 MHz and four at 1,800 MHz. It also has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, providing smooth operation with the IKSAR software platform and fast loading of resource-intensive interactive instructions.
The Arc 3 is equipped with two cameras: a 50 MP main camera with digital image stabilization and an additional 8 MP wide-angle camera with a 120° field of view. This combination makes it possible to record first-person video in 4K resolution.

The glasses are controlled by voice and support multiple languages, including Russian. For reliable voice control, the device features four microphones with active noise cancellation of up to 100 dB. In addition, the device has a power button, speaker volume controls, a programmable button, and a touchpad on the right temple for additional interactions.
The glasses support connectivity via 4G modems with SIM cards, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The RealWear Arc 3 is IP54-rated, providing protection against dust ingress and water splashes.

The 2,000 mAh battery allows the device to operate for at least three hours under full load. In standby mode, battery life reaches approximately six days. This is also supported by the efficient operation of the built-in proximity sensor: the display automatically turns on only when the device is being worn. As soon as the glasses are removed, the display immediately turns off, helping optimize battery consumption. If necessary, an external power source can be connected via USB-C, allowing work to continue without interruption.

The glasses run AriOS 2.0, based on Android 13, and are fully adapted for use with the IKSAR software platform.

The IKSAR team sees a wide range of potential applications for this device in industrial environments and is ready to demonstrate the high level of technological readiness of the RealWear Arc 3 for deployment in our customers’ projects.
