IKSAR at the TechFounders 2025 Conference

The TechFounders 2025 Conference took place on September 22 in Moscow, bringing together leading representatives of Russia’s IT industry.

Key topics included financial strategies for startup development, legal aspects of running an IT business, HR management in tech companies, technological solutions and infrastructure, marketing tools for promotion, IT sales strategies, and personal stories of tech entrepreneurs.

The event attracted over 500 participants from various regions of Russia, more than 20 high-profile speakers from leading tech companies, and many startups received collaboration offers from prominent venture market players directly at the forum.

Igor Gulyansky delivered a presentation on the possibilities of creating a startup within a corporation, sharing both personal experiences and global practices and trends in this area.

Among the main takeaways, participants noted the continued growth of investor interest in tech projects, including deeptech, an increase in the average size of startup investments, and a focus on projects in artificial intelligence and machine learning for cross-industry applications.

At the same time, participants highlighted that Russian enterprises face the complex task of replacing current imported technologies and adapting next-wave technologies that will “survive” beyond 2030, creating conditions for growth and global competitiveness.

Augmented Reality (AR) is one of the key technologies expected to “survive” beyond 2030, playing a critical role in Industry 4.0/5.0 for industrial processes involving human participation. It significantly impacts labor productivity, speed, safety, quality, transparency, and cost reduction. The effects are particularly notable for enterprises with high risks, complex equipment or working conditions, remote geographies, and long production cycles.

The TechFounders Conference solidified its status as an excellent platform for discussions among tech sector professionals. Organizers noted the high level of participant engagement and plan to make the conference an annual event, expanding its scale and scope.
