Within the “Digital Warehouse” project at the Moscow Oil Refinery and the Warehouse Complex in Khanty-Mansiysk, alongside robotic tools supporting employee workflows, the IKSAR software platform is deployed in combination with industrial-grade RealWear smart glasses.

Warehouse personnel perform routine operations receiving step-by-step graphical instructions displayed on the smart glasses’ screens in both online and offline modes.

Voice control of operations on the smart glasses allows workers to keep their hands free.

The integration of the IKSAR platform with robotic warehouse equipment may bring additional benefits in the future by enhancing production safety, optimizing costs, and accelerating operation speed.

Commenting on the project results, Svetlana Eshtokina, Head of Logistics at INLINE GROUP, emphasized the high efficiency of head-worn smart devices that keep workers’ hands free for daily tasks. She also noted the rapid learning curve for the client’s staff in handling the RealWear smart glasses, thanks to the intuitive mobile interface accessible to any user and Russian-language voice commands that make the process easy and fast — exactly what modern warehouse logistics demands.
