The product "IKSAR" can assist Moscow utility companies in testing augmented reality devices and technologies for field employees as part of the technological competition organized by the "Moscow Innovation Cluster" with the support of the "Moscow Agency of Innovations."
The "Utility Technologies" competition is being held for the first time, and the product "IKSAR" was selected by experts from over 100 technological solutions submitted for the competition to participate in a two-month program.
One of the first key events of the program was an offline business breakfast held for participants on November 14, 2024.
Mikhail Bychkov from the "IKSAR" team shared potential use cases for augmented reality technologies and devices in utility services, including visual monitoring of equipment and infrastructure, as well as the maintenance of specialized machinery.
The presentation sparked great interest among the strategic partners of the competition, including JSC "Russian Railways", JSC "Mosvodokanal", LLC "Mercator Holding", State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro", and others.
In the near future, individual meetings are planned with each partner to explore the applicability of "IKSAR" solutions and their potential benefits, such as reducing human error, lowering accident rates at utility sites, shortening maintenance process durations, and improving the quality of utility services.
The competition aims to introduce innovations in the field of utility technologies, focusing on identifying ready-made solutions applicable to urban and social infrastructure, as well as services for residents and housing and utilities management.
The competition winners will be announced at the end of November 2024. Participants who demonstrate the most progress, based on feedback from trackers, will take part in the final demo day and may have the opportunity to implement pilot projects with the Partners.
