On November 12, the VI Eurasian Aerospace Congress was held at the National Center "Russia" with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. It was the main business event of the year for the aviation and aerospace industries. Over 600 delegates from Russia, countries of the Greater Eurasian Partnership, including BRICS+ countries, participated in the congress.
At the plenary session, invited experts discussed issues related to forming effective communication between industrial enterprises, research organizations, and product customers to ensure technological sovereignty, as well as the prospects for developing new technologies in the aerospace industry.
Presentations were made by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Vasily Shpak, who discussed the main areas of activity in aerospace, and Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Bakanov, who provided information about the status of the GLONASS initiative and the Ministry of Digital Development’s creation of a federal navigation and information platform at "GosTech," which will store information about the country’s vehicle fleet.
The congress had a very full agenda, with leading industry experts and top company executives delivering reports. Roundtable discussions addressed pressing issues in the aerospace industry.

IKSAR Product Leader Igor Gulyansky emphasized the role of augmented reality devices and technologies for manufacturing personnel involved in various processes in the aerospace industry. The IKSAR product, in combination with augmented reality glasses, is already being used in projects by ODK-Saturn in Rybinsk for assembly work and by Yakovlev Aircraft Design Bureau in Komsomolsk-on-Amur for connector termination mapping, and is also under discussion for use by several airlines for aircraft maintenance and fueling operations.
The National Center "Russia" was established by the order of Russian President Vladimir Putin to preserve the legacy of the International Exhibition Forum "Russia" and to showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens on a permanent basis. Federal authorities, state-owned companies, corporations, and regions participate in the center’s work.
