IKSAR presented to Sergey Sobyanin at the 5G Demo Center «MosHub Skolkovo»
On November 28, 2025, the IKSAR team, with the support of the Moscow Department of Information Technology, had the opportunity to present its latest developments to the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin at the business venue “MosHub. Skolkovo”, based around the 5G Demo Center.
On this day, the first stage of a new creative cluster was officially opened at the Skolkovo Innovation Center. It is a unique space equipped for the full development cycle of gaming and animation content, offering support at every stage of creation and entry into both domestic and international markets. The launch of this cluster became the key event of the Moscow International Video Game Week.
The creative cluster also includes the “MosHub. Skolkovo” platform for representatives of the IT community. The Moscow Department of Information Technology, together with Russian IT companies, plans to host industry conferences, round tables, meetups, educational programs, and various other events at this site.
The “MosHub. Skolkovo” business zone includes: a conference hall, a media center, the Mos.Tech demo area—where visitors can learn how solutions within the city technology platform Mos.Tech help build and scale digital products, services, and infrastructure—and a 5G demo center, a specialized venue with an isolated fifth-generation communication network. It allows high-tech companies and startups to refine and test solutions using 5G, while giving the city tools to evaluate the necessity and efficiency of implementing such technologies across various urban sectors.
The IKSAR platform (LLC “IKSAR Technologies”) enables the digitalization of the entire operational workflow—from creating work instructions and planning tasks and resources, to step-by-step execution directly on mobile devices, including AR glasses—with real-time collection and analysis of the digital footprint of field work performed on-site.
Using IKSAR, employees can fill out checklists during operations, input data, scan tags, capture photos and videos of control points, detected deviations or incidents, recognize objects and defects, analyze attached documents, and interact with intelligent digital assistants. They can also connect via video call with a remote expert or group of experts.
IKSAR already supports more than 20 models of AR glasses from various manufacturers, and also enables efficient work via smartphones, tablets, and even smartwatches.
For Moscow, our team proposed various use cases for regulatory and supervisory activities, applications for the housing and utilities sector, the construction industry, as well as several specialized domains.
