Results of the XI International Conference “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” (CIPR 2026)
At the XI International Conference “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” (CIPR 2026), held in Nizhny Novgorod, representatives of IKSAR Technologies LLC conducted a series of strategic meetings with key players in Russian industry and the IT sector. The company’s participation in the event highlights its active role in advancing the country’s technological sovereignty.
From May 18 to 21, Nizhny Novgorod hosted the CIPR 2026 conference, which became a key platform for discussing the digital transformation of economic sectors.
According to the organizers, over the course of four days the event welcomed more than 13,000 participants from all regions of Russia and 46 countries worldwide, including China, India, Brazil, Serbia, Argentina, the Philippines, and others. The exhibition featured 185 booths showcasing technological solutions from Russian and international companies. The business program included 165 discussion sessions with more than 1,000 speakers.
Representatives of IKSAR Technologies LLC, led by CEO Igor Eduardovich Gulyansky, took an active part in the forum’s business program.
As part of the event, discussions and meetings in various formats were held with representatives of major industrial companies such as Rosatom, Rostec, and Russian Railways, as well as leaders of the telecommunications and IT sectors including Rostelecom, MTS, Astra, Yandex, 1C, and many others.
The discussions focused on prospects for technological cooperation, the implementation of innovative industrial solutions based on the IKSAR platform, and trends in the development of domestic digital products.
A particularly significant event was IKSAR’s participation in a closed meeting with Maksut Shadayev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The meeting was organized specifically for leaders of Russia’s digital companies. During the discussion, participants addressed strategies for the development of the IT industry, government support measures for IT companies, issues related to achieving technological sovereignty, and prospects for import substitution in software and hardware.
Participation in CIPR 2026 enabled IKSAR Technologies LLC to strengthen partnerships with the country’s leading industrial and digital companies, as well as contribute to shaping the development strategy of the domestic IT industry. The company will continue working on the implementation of joint projects within the framework of the agreements reached.
