"Digital Measurement Assistant in Manufacturing" – Nominee for Global CIO’s "Project of the Year" Award

The "Digital Measurement Assistant in Manufacturing" project, implemented using IKSAR for PJSC "Power Machines," has passed the preliminary expert review and is published on the Global CIO portal as a nominee for the "Project of the Year" award.

IKSAR enabled the client to eliminate manual input of numerous measurement card parameters, achieving significant results at the pilot production site:

75% reduction in errors during measurement data entry and transfer between card versions
75% reduction in time for verification and preparation of the final measurement card
100% digital trace of performed operations
15% reduction in time for preparing rework assignments by technologists
15% increase in control efficiency for measurements

The project’s uniqueness lies in the use of voice models trained for special symbols and rapid input of large numbers, the integration of mobile and server technologies for real-time measurement card updates and simultaneous creation of a completed product passport, as well as the incorporation of wireless headsets, tablets, and TV panels for visibility and interactivity at all stages.
